NDNA Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns.
Returns
You may return products within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
Item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Item will be inspected before approval.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
⚠️ NDNA reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete processing.
Defective Products
If you believe your product is defective, contact us within 7 days at info@ndna.co.za or via our Contact Us page.
Defects do not include:
Normal wear and tear.
Damage from alterations.
Negligence, misuse, or abuse.
Inadequate care that could reasonably be expected.
